Informed by Modernist California design of the 1960s with a Brazilian sensibility, the Madero bed is the creation of Thomas Bina and Ronald Sasson, a celebrated team based in Los Angeles and south Brazil, respectively. Inspired by the sculptural silhouettes of the natural world, the timeless yet expressive form features a wing-like headboard wrapping a low-slung plinth base that lends the appearance of floating.
